the Sutton Place
Originally built in the late 1880's, The Sutton place was completely refurbished in 2003 as part of Carroll & Margaret Jenkins' "Trout Camp" project.  Now used as a fisherman's rental, it has quickly become popular for groups of 4 who want to be right in the action (yes, Craig has some action!). 

The Sutton Place has a small living room, full kitchen for those to like to cook, two bedrooms with 2 twin long beds each, and a loft area with a fifth twin bed.  A BBQ is on the back deck, which is a great place to cook a meal and enjoy the evening light with your favorite beverage.  The front porch faces the morning sun and is a beautiful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting for your guide (or waiting for you buddies to awaken).

Rates

$250 night (+ 7% bed tax)
4-5 persons maximum

Booking policy
A 50% deposit is required when booking.  Customer balance plus all applicable taxes is due upon check out.  Cancellations are eligible for a full refund of the deposit with more than 45 days notice.  Payment may be made with cash, check, VISA/MC, or travelers checks.  

Pet policy
Pets are not allowed in the cabins.  Outdoor kennels are available on the property.
